微波輔助草酸鹽沉淀法制備四方相鈦酸鋇納米粉體

【摘要】:以鈦酸四丁酯和硝酸鋇為主要原料,采用微波輔助草酸鹽沉淀法制備了純度高、結(jié)晶度較好的四方相鈦酸鋇納米粉體。分別采用X射線衍射分析(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)對鈦酸鋇納米粉體的結(jié)構(gòu)、粒徑及形貌進行表征。結(jié)果表明,在鋇/鈦摩爾比為1,微波溫度80℃、微波時間30 min,煅燒溫度700℃,煅燒時間1 h,通過添加表面活性劑OP-10,制備出粒徑在50 nm左右且四方度為1.0069的鈦酸鋇納米粉體,其中微波合成溫度及合成時間對鈦酸鋇納米粉體的四方度的影響較大。
[Abstract]:Using tetrabutyl titanate and barium nitrate as main raw materials, tetragonal barium titanate nanocrystalline powders with high purity and good crystallinity were prepared by microwave-assisted oxalate precipitation method. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) were used to characterize the structure, particle size and morphology of barium titanate nanoparticles.
