本體聚合法合成固態(tài)聚羧酸減水劑及其性能研究

【摘要】:以丙烯酸和501醚類單體為主要原料,在本體聚合條件下,采用偶氮二異丁腈(AIBN)為引發(fā)劑合成一種固態(tài)聚羧酸減水劑。研究了反應(yīng)溫度、酸醚比、引發(fā)劑用量、鏈轉(zhuǎn)移劑用量、滴加時(shí)間以及引發(fā)劑投料方式對(duì)聚羧酸減水劑性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,反應(yīng)溫度為65℃,酸醚比為4∶1,引發(fā)劑用量為大單體質(zhì)量的0.4%,鏈轉(zhuǎn)移劑用量為大單體質(zhì)量的0.5%,滴加時(shí)間2 h,引發(fā)劑一次投料時(shí)合成的減水劑分散性及分散保持性最佳,在其折固摻量為0.14%時(shí),水泥凈漿初始流動(dòng)度為280 mm、120 min流動(dòng)度為285mm。對(duì)最佳合成條件下合成的減水劑進(jìn)行紅外光譜分析,結(jié)果表明,丙烯酸和501醚類大單體聚合反應(yīng)順利進(jìn)行,合成產(chǎn)物為目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物。
[Abstract]:A solid polycarboxylic acid water reducer was synthesized from acrylic acid and 501 ether monomers under bulk polymerization conditions using azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The effects of reaction temperature, acid ether ratio, initiator dosage, chain transfer agent amount, dropping time and the way of initiator on the properties of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer were studied.
