錳離子及過氧化氫對質(zhì)子交換膜穩(wěn)定性的影響

【摘要】:采用熱重及紅外光譜技術(shù)研究了全氟磺酸離子膜與錳離子及過氧化氫溶液的相互作用,使用熱重分析法(TGA)考察了錳離子、過氧化氫濃度及浸漬時間對膜穩(wěn)定性的影響;熱重分析表明降解膜磺酸基團(tuán)熱解峰溫幾乎消失,在高溫區(qū)生成新的熱解峰溫。測定了腐蝕膜的掃描電鏡(SEM)、動態(tài)熱機(jī)械分析(DMA)、阻抗電導(dǎo)率和熱壽命。等溫質(zhì)量損失表明在空氣氣氛及200℃時,腐蝕前后膜的紅外光譜振動峰沒有變化,但是在315℃受熱時,-CF2-基團(tuán)在1 210 cm-1處伸縮振動峰強(qiáng)度下降67.7%;在空氣氣氛中等溫失重膜的轉(zhuǎn)化率遠(yuǎn)大于在氮?dú)鈿夥罩械姆堑葴厥е亍?br/>[Abstract]:The interaction of perfluorosulfonic acid ion membrane with manganese ion and hydrogen peroxide solution was studied by thermogravimetry and infrared spectroscopy. The effects of manganese ion, hydrogen peroxide concentration and impregnation time on the stability of the membrane were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the pyrolysis peak temperature of sulfonic group almost disappeared and a new pyrolysis peak temperature was formed in the high temperature region. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), dynamic thermomechanical analysis (DMA), impedance conductivity and thermal life of the corrosion film were measured. The isothermal mass loss indicates that the infrared spectrum vibration peak of the film does not change before and after corrosion in the air atmosphere and at 200 鈩,
