氟化石墨烯的制備及其作為潤滑油添加劑的摩擦學性能研究

【摘要】:采用球磨的方法制備了少層氟化石墨烯薄片,利用原子力顯微鏡、透射電子顯微鏡、X射線衍射儀對其微觀形貌和組成結構進行了表征分析,使用SRV-Ⅳ高溫摩擦磨損試驗機考察了氟化石墨烯片作為潤滑油添加劑的摩擦學性能.結果表明:氟化石墨烯可以明顯提高潤滑油的承載能力和抗磨損性能,當添加濃度為0.30 mg/ml時,潤滑油的抗磨損性能最佳.
