微通道反應(yīng)器內(nèi)合成高純度碘化鉀

【摘要】:利用微通道反應(yīng)器,研究了氫碘酸、甲酸溶液及氫氧化鉀合成碘化鉀的反應(yīng),考察了反應(yīng)溫度、原料配比、停留時(shí)間對(duì)碘化鉀產(chǎn)率的影響。獲得了較優(yōu)的反應(yīng)工藝條件,反應(yīng)溫度為85℃、停留時(shí)間為30 s、m(氫碘酸)∶m(甲酸)=54%、m(氫氧化鉀)∶m(水)=31%。在該優(yōu)化工藝條件下,碘化鉀的產(chǎn)率為97%,產(chǎn)品純度達(dá)到99%。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法具有反應(yīng)時(shí)間短、產(chǎn)品收率高、綠色環(huán)保等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
