武義某電鍍廢水處理工藝改造及運營管理策略研究

【摘要】:電鍍生產(chǎn)線在電鍍工藝過程中排放的多種廢水中含有劇毒物質(zhì)如氰化物、各種重金屬離子等,如不經(jīng)過專業(yè)環(huán)保處理直接排放至自然水體中,必定會對周圍環(huán)境及所處影響范圍的人群產(chǎn)生極大的危害,因此必須嚴格把控電鍍廢水處理的達標排放。本文以位于武義某工業(yè)區(qū)的電鍍污水處理站為研究對象,經(jīng)過工程改造,再一次明確了該電鍍廢水處理工藝流程:含氰廢水添加強氧化劑次氯酸鈉兩級破氰;綜合廢水先經(jīng)次氯酸鈉氧化再沉淀;含鉻廢水添加焦亞硫酸鈉化學還原再加堿和絮凝劑進行沉淀分離;鎳水先加次氯酸鈉反應沉淀分離;四股廢水經(jīng)預處理后再混合,經(jīng)中間水池-二級反應再分離-三級反應再沉淀的工藝進行處理,改造工程的廢水設計處理能力為3000m3/d,實際改造工程總投資約1500萬元,藥劑成本為6 元/m3,電鍍廢水經(jīng)過工程調(diào)試運行顯示:出水鎳指標由原先0.30mg/L下降至0.06mg/L,氰化物指標由原先0.50mg/L下降至0.10mg/L,六價鉻指標由原先0.30mg/L下降至0.05mg/L,排放的廢水出水鎳、鉻、氰化物、銅等指標均達到了《GB21900-2008》所規(guī)定的污染物表三標準,升級改造后的污泥直接成本每年可節(jié)約200萬元。通過運營管理,總結出了電鍍廢水運營的一些關鍵點,可為其它電鍍廢水處理站運行管理提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Many kinds of wastewater discharged from electroplating production line contain highly toxic substances such as cyanide and heavy metal ions, such as discharging directly into natural water without professional environmental protection treatment. It will do great harm to the surrounding environment and the people in the area of influence, so it is necessary to strictly control the discharge of electroplating wastewater. In this paper, the electroplating wastewater treatment station in an industrial area of Wuyi is taken as the research object. After engineering transformation, the treatment process of the electroplating wastewater is confirmed once more: the cyanide containing wastewater is treated by adding strong oxidant sodium hypochlorite to the two-stage cyanide; The synthetic wastewater was oxidized and precipitated by sodium hypochlorite; the chromium-containing wastewater was treated by chemical reduction of sodium pyrosulfite and then by alkali and flocculant for precipitation and separation; nickel water was first added with sodium hypochlorite to precipitate and separated; the four-strand wastewater was pretreated and then mixed. Treated by the process of intermediate tank, secondary reaction and separation, three-stage reaction and reprecipitation, the design capacity of wastewater treatment of the revamping project is 3000 m3 / d, and the total investment of the actual retrofit project is about 15 million yuan. The cost of electroplating wastewater was 6 yuan / m ~ (3). The results showed that the nickel index of effluent decreased from 0.30 mg / L to 0.06 mg / L, the index of cyanide decreased from 0.50 mg / L to 0.10 mg / L, the index of hexavalent chromium decreased from 0.30 mg / L to 0.05 mg / L, and the effluent nickel, chromium, cyanide, The copper and other indexes have reached the standard of pollutant table 3 stipulated in < GB21900-2008 >, and the direct cost of sludge after upgrading and revamping can save 2 million yuan per year. Through operation and management, some key points of electroplating wastewater operation are summarized, which can be used for reference in operation and management of other electroplating wastewater treatment stations.
