低剪切速率條件下溫度對新拌水泥漿體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

【摘要】:采用RHEORIAB QC型旋轉(zhuǎn)黏度計測定水泥漿體流變曲線,研究了低剪切速率條件下溫度對新拌水泥漿體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響.結(jié)果表明:水泥漿體彈性、塑性、黏性的區(qū)分及靜態(tài)屈服應力與剪切速率有關(guān),當恒定低剪切速率為0.1s-1時,通過水泥漿體的流變曲線能有效區(qū)分初始水泥漿體彈性、塑性、黏性階段,可準確測試水泥漿體靜態(tài)屈服應力,較好地反映水泥水化特征;溫度升高,水泥漿體彈性、塑性和黏性增強,其初始靜態(tài)屈服應力和儲能模量增加,達到靜態(tài)屈服應力的時間基本保持不變;隨水泥漿體水化的進行,其剪切應力再次開始增加的時間隨溫度升高而線性減小,剪切應力及其增長速率隨溫度升高而增大.
[Abstract]:The rheological curves of cement paste were measured by RHEORIAB QC rotary viscometer. The effect of temperature on the structure of fresh cement paste was studied at low shear rate. The results show that the elasticity, plasticity, viscosity and static yield stress of cement paste are related to shear rate. When the shear rate is constant and low 0.1s-1, the initial cement paste elasticity and plasticity can be effectively distinguished by rheological curve of cement paste. In the viscous stage, the static yield stress of cement paste can be measured accurately, and the hydration characteristics of cement can be well reflected, the initial static yield stress and energy storage modulus increase with the increase of temperature, elasticity, plasticity and viscosity of cement paste. With the hydration of cement paste, the time when the shear stress begins to increase linearly decreases with the increase of temperature, and the shear stress and its growth rate increase with the increase of temperature.
