【摘要】:為研究Wurster流化床內(nèi)顆粒流動規(guī)律,本文利用12-4-8組合電極電容層析成像(Electrical Capacitance Tomography,ECT)傳感器對Wurster流化床冷態(tài)實驗和加濕實驗過程進行監(jiān)測,得到了ECT重構(gòu)圖像以及顆粒濃度時變曲線。首先,根據(jù)冷態(tài)實驗數(shù)據(jù)比較了不同操作條件下流化床內(nèi)顆粒流態(tài)和濃度波動特性;在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過加濕實驗數(shù)據(jù)分析了包衣液流率對于顆粒流動的影響。本文研究表明,ECT傳感器適用于Wurster流化床過程關(guān)鍵參數(shù)在線測量和故障診斷,從而為反應(yīng)過程的優(yōu)化提供支持。
[Abstract]:In order to study the law of particle flow in the Wurster fluidized bed, this paper uses the 12-4-8 composite electrode capacitance tomography (Electrical Capacitance Tomography, ECT) sensor to monitor the cold experiment and humidifying process of the Wurster fluidized bed, and obtains the reconstructed image of ECT and the time variation curve of the particle concentration. First, according to the cold experimental data ratio. Compared with the characteristics of the particle flow and concentration fluctuation in the fluidized bed under different operating conditions, the effect of the flow rate of coating liquid on the particle flow is analyzed by the experimental data of humidification. The study shows that the ECT sensor is suitable for the on-line measurement and fault diagnosis of the key parameters of the Wurster fluidized bed, thus the optimization of the reaction process.
