小型自動中空玻璃打膠機(jī)的研制

【摘要】:中空玻璃作為建筑材料中一種可以保溫隔熱、降低能耗的節(jié)能產(chǎn)品,在全世界建筑行業(yè)已經(jīng)得到廣泛應(yīng)用。目前,國內(nèi)中小企業(yè)中空玻璃的生產(chǎn)大多采用人工涂膠的工藝方式,一些新研發(fā)的大型自動中空玻璃打膠設(shè)備不僅價格昂貴,而且涂膠過程中出現(xiàn)爬行現(xiàn)象,使自動中空玻璃打膠機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行不穩(wěn)定。因此,研制開發(fā)一種符合中小中空玻璃生產(chǎn)企業(yè)加工需求、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、涂膠平穩(wěn)、自動化程度高的小型自動中空玻璃打膠機(jī),對于加速國內(nèi)中空玻璃行業(yè)發(fā)展,提高玻璃行業(yè)自動化加工水平具有較大的理論意義和工程應(yīng)用價值。本文針對中小中空玻璃生產(chǎn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本的實(shí)際需求,摒棄了傳統(tǒng)自動中空玻璃打膠設(shè)備所采用的大型立式結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計了臥式龍門架結(jié)構(gòu)的小型自動中空玻璃打膠設(shè)備,使大型立式結(jié)構(gòu)的12個電機(jī)軸減少到臥式結(jié)構(gòu)所需的7個電機(jī)軸,利用虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)和三維建模軟件建立了自動中空玻璃打膠機(jī)樣機(jī)的零部件三維模型和整機(jī)裝配模型,縮短了樣機(jī)的試驗(yàn)開發(fā)過程,降低了設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)成本;針對所開發(fā)的小型自動中空玻璃打膠機(jī)使用過程中出現(xiàn)的機(jī)架啟動顫動和沿X軸方向涂膠過程中運(yùn)動部件出現(xiàn)爬行現(xiàn)象等問題,對運(yùn)動部件開始運(yùn)動的邊界條件做出了不同于前人的設(shè)定,通過建立運(yùn)動部件爬行的物理模型和動力學(xué)模型,得出了更加符合實(shí)際工況條件下的精確解,并分析了影響機(jī)床運(yùn)動部件爬行的主要因素,給出了提高傳動系統(tǒng)剛度、減小靜動摩擦系數(shù)之差、減輕運(yùn)動部件質(zhì)量和提高運(yùn)動部件速度等措施,有效地減少了打膠機(jī)涂膠過程中出現(xiàn)的爬行現(xiàn)象;采用了“PC+運(yùn)動控制器”結(jié)構(gòu)的開放式數(shù)控系統(tǒng)方案,利用固高的CPAC運(yùn)動控制平臺,構(gòu)建了以GUC-800-TPG運(yùn)動控制器為核心、以交流伺服電機(jī)為驅(qū)動元件的數(shù)控系統(tǒng),采用Otostudio編程軟件提供的編程語言對自動中空玻璃打膠機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了軟件設(shè)計,并進(jìn)行了控制系統(tǒng)的可視化界面開發(fā)與樣機(jī)加工調(diào)試。調(diào)試結(jié)果表明,本文研制的小型自動中空玻璃打膠機(jī)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)合理、涂膠過程平穩(wěn),成膠表面光滑,打膠頭定位準(zhǔn)確,在總體功能和控制性能上達(dá)到了預(yù)期目標(biāo),滿足中空玻璃自動化生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際需要,具有較大的工程應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:As a kind of energy saving product which can keep heat insulation and reduce energy consumption, insulating glass has been widely used in the construction industry all over the world. At present, most of the production of insulating glass in small and medium-sized enterprises in China adopts the technology of manual gelatinization. Some newly developed automatic insulating glass gelatinizing equipment are not only expensive, but also creeping in the process of coating. The control system of the automatic insulating glass machine is unstable. Therefore, the research and development of a small automatic hollow glass beating machine, which meets the processing needs of medium and small hollow glass production enterprises, with reasonable structure, stable coating, and high degree of automation, will accelerate the development of the domestic hollow glass industry. It is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value to improve the automatic processing level of glass industry. In view of the actual demand of production cost of medium and small sized hollow glass production enterprises, this paper abandoned the large vertical structure used in traditional automatic hollow glass beating equipment, and designed a small automatic hollow glass gluing equipment with horizontal gantry frame structure. The 12 electric shafts of large vertical structure are reduced to 7 motor shafts needed for horizontal structure. The 3D model of parts and assembly of the prototype of automatic hollow glass beating machine is established by using virtual prototyping technology and 3D modeling software. The test and development process of the prototype is shortened, and the production cost of the equipment is reduced. In view of the problems such as the starting vibration of the frame and the crawling phenomenon of the moving parts in the process of applying glue along the X axis during the use of the small automatic hollow glass rubber machine developed in this paper, The boundary conditions of moving parts are different from the previous ones. By establishing the physical model and dynamic model of moving parts crawling, the exact solution is obtained, which is more in line with the actual working conditions. The main factors affecting the crawling of moving parts of machine tools are analyzed, and some measures such as increasing the stiffness of transmission system, reducing the difference of static and dynamic friction coefficient, reducing the quality of moving parts and increasing the speed of moving parts are given. The crawling phenomenon in the glue coating process of the rubber machine is reduced effectively, the open CNC system scheme with the structure of "PC motion controller" is adopted, and the GUC-800-TPG motion controller is constructed with the CPAC motion control platform of fixed height as the core. The NC system with AC servo motor as the driving component is designed by using the programming language provided by Otostudio software to design the control system of the automatic insulating glass beating machine. The visual interface of the control system is developed and the prototype is processed and debugged. The debugging results show that the mechanical structure of the small automatic hollow glass rubber machine developed in this paper is reasonable, the process of coating is stable, the gelatinizing surface is smooth, and the position of the rubber head is accurate, and the expected goal is achieved in the overall function and control performance. It meets the practical needs of automatic production of insulating glass and has great engineering application value.
