第2凝固浴對(duì)氣-液膜接觸器用PVDF膜潤(rùn)濕性能的影響

【摘要】:以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)為基膜材料,以乙醇為第1凝固浴,以不同N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)含量的水溶液為第2凝固浴,采用雙凝固浴法制備了高疏水和高透氣的PVDF膜。結(jié)果表明,以水作為凝固浴時(shí),PVDF膜的空氣側(cè)較為平整,當(dāng)用雙凝固浴時(shí),PVDF膜空氣側(cè)開孔結(jié)構(gòu)和無皮層結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸明顯,PVDF膜基底側(cè)較為粗糙;隨著NMP含量的增大,膜的接觸角先增大后減小,當(dāng)?shù)?凝固浴中的NMP的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為50%時(shí),接觸角、最小液體滲透壓力、通氣量最大,分別為141.9°、35 kPa、540 L/h。
[Abstract]:High hydrophobic and breathable PVDF films were prepared by double solidification bath with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as the base membrane material, ethanol as the first coagulation bath and aqueous solution with different N-methylpyrrolidone (NMPN) content as the second coagulation bath. The results showed that the air side of PVDF membrane was flat when water was used as coagulation bath, and the air opening structure and non-cortical structure of PVDF membrane were obviously rough with the increase of NMP content. The contact angle of the membrane first increased and then decreased. When the mass fraction of NMP in the second coagulation bath was 50 kW, the contact angle, the minimum liquid osmotic pressure and the maximum aeration volume were 141.9 擄/ 35 KPA 540L / h, respectively.
