硝酸酸解磷尾礦制備氫氧化鎂工藝條件研究

【摘要】:以磷尾礦經(jīng)硝酸復(fù)合溶劑酸解、除鐵等純化過程得到的鎂源為原料,采用堿性沉淀劑制備氫氧化鎂。探討了不同沉淀劑、沉淀劑滴加速度、沉淀溫度、陳化時(shí)間對(duì)產(chǎn)品純度及回收率的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)選擇氨水為沉淀劑,滴加氨水使溶液pH達(dá)到11.5,滴加速度為1.5 m L/min,沉淀反應(yīng)溫度為45℃,陳化時(shí)間為120 min,在此條件下鎂回收率為89.86%,產(chǎn)品Mg(OH)2純度為90.43%。并用XRD、粒度分析儀和SEM分別對(duì)產(chǎn)物的成分、粒度分布以及形貌特征進(jìn)行分析,測(cè)試表明,產(chǎn)品粒度均勻,呈片狀。
[Abstract]:Magnesium hydroxide was prepared by alkaline precipitating agent from magnesium source obtained from the purification process of phosphorus tailings by acid hydrolysis with nitric acid complex solvent and iron removal. The effects of different precipitators, precipitator droplet acceleration, precipitation temperature and aging time on the purity and recovery of the product were discussed.
