電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射光譜法測(cè)定磷酸中磷的含量研究

【摘要】:電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射光譜儀(ICP-OES)通常用于測(cè)定微量元素含量,具有檢測(cè)精度高、可以一次測(cè)定大量樣品的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。創(chuàng)新性地將其應(yīng)用于磷酸中主要元素磷的含量測(cè)定,研究了待檢溶液的配制方法、檢測(cè)波長選擇,并由此建立了檢測(cè)方法。通過加標(biāo)回收、重復(fù)性檢測(cè)驗(yàn)證了方法的可靠性。將該方法與磷鉬酸喹啉重量法做對(duì)比檢測(cè),F檢驗(yàn)分析表明這2種方法檢測(cè)精密度無明顯差異。相對(duì)于磷鉬酸喹啉重量法測(cè)定磷酸中的磷含量,ICP-OES方法具有制樣簡(jiǎn)便、一次可測(cè)定大量樣品、檢測(cè)速度快的優(yōu)點(diǎn),可大大降低檢測(cè)人員的工作強(qiáng)度、提高檢測(cè)效率。該方法已制定為貴州省地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)布。
[Abstract]:Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) is usually used to determine trace elements, which has the advantages of high precision and can be used to determine a large number of samples at a time. It has been creatively applied to the determination of phosphorus in phosphoric acid. The preparation method and wavelength selection of the solution to be tested have been studied, and the detection method has been established. The reliability of the method was verified by standard addition and recovery. Compared with quinoline phosphomolybdate gravimetric method, the precision of the two methods was not significantly different. Compared with the method of quinoline phosphomolybdate gravimetric determination of phosphorus in phosphoric acid, the ICP-OES method is simple and convenient for sample preparation, it can be used to determine a large number of samples at one time, and has the advantages of fast detection speed, which can greatly reduce the working intensity of the examiners and improve the detection efficiency. The method has been issued for Guizhou Province local standards.
