超濾膜技術(shù)在L-阿拉伯糖發(fā)酵液精制中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為研究超濾膜分離技術(shù)在L-阿拉伯糖發(fā)酵液精制提純工藝中的應(yīng)用,采用超濾膜系統(tǒng)對(duì)L-阿拉伯糖發(fā)酵液進(jìn)行分離,從膜孔徑、操作壓力、操作溫度、錯(cuò)流流速4個(gè)方面考察了發(fā)酵液對(duì)超濾膜通量的影響,以及不同過(guò)濾方式對(duì)后續(xù)離子交換樹(shù)脂工作交換容量的影響。結(jié)果表明:選用孔徑為1.0μm的超濾膜,控制操作壓力0.4 MPa、操作溫度50℃、錯(cuò)流流速6 m/s,其超濾膜對(duì)L-阿拉伯糖發(fā)酵液的平均膜通量為119.8 L/(m2·h)。采用熱水(65℃)與化學(xué)清洗劑相結(jié)合的清洗方式,可使每次超濾膜的膜通量恢復(fù)至新膜通量的95%以上。超濾膜分離技術(shù)較之板框過(guò)濾可使后續(xù)離子交換樹(shù)脂的工作交換容量提高51.45%,較之真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過(guò)濾可使后續(xù)離子交換樹(shù)脂的工作交換容量提高68.02%。綜上結(jié)果,超濾膜分離技術(shù)可以高效地截留L-阿拉伯糖發(fā)酵液中的酵母、菌體、膠質(zhì)、蛋白及色素等雜質(zhì),使后續(xù)的離子交換工序順利進(jìn)行,從而提高L-阿拉伯糖的產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the application of ultrafiltration membrane separation technology in the purification and purification process of L-arabinose fermentation broth, a ultrafiltration membrane system was used to separate L-arabinose fermentation broth from membrane pore diameter, operating pressure and operating temperature. The effects of fermentation broth on ultrafiltration membrane flux and the working exchange capacity of subsequent ion exchange resin were investigated from four aspects of cross-flow velocity.
