【摘要】：粗合成氣中酸性氣體的脫除是保證下游產(chǎn)品連續(xù)生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。本文選用溶劑價(jià)格低廉、凈化度高且適合于大規(guī)模處理量的低溫甲醇洗工藝。借助于Aspen Plus流程模擬軟件,對某化工廠低溫甲醇洗脫硫脫碳工藝全流程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的模擬計(jì)算與分析。本文先是計(jì)算了不同溫度壓力下各種氣體在甲醇中的溶解度及甲醇在不同溫度壓力下的蒸汽壓,研究溫度對吸收的影響,從而確定合適的吸收溫度是-60℃~-30℃,也為計(jì)算溶解度提供了一種簡潔快速方便有效的方法。對全流程模擬全局選用PSRK物性方法,并運(yùn)用速率型塔模型,分別對甲醇洗滌塔、CO2解析塔、H2S濃縮塔、甲醇再生塔及甲醇水分離塔做了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算與分析,對主要物流的溫度、壓力、關(guān)鍵組成與現(xiàn)場值進(jìn)行了全面的對比,誤差控制在5%以內(nèi)�？紤]到工業(yè)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中,原料氣量、原料組成及吸收劑溫度會發(fā)生一定的波動,本文對液氣比、甲醇溫度、原料氣組成進(jìn)行靈敏度分析,確定出變工況操作條件下為使凈化氣達(dá)到指標(biāo)所需甲醇的溫度及最低用量,并對有效氣體回收段的中壓閃蒸罐的溫度和壓力進(jìn)行靈敏度分析,確定出合理的回收溫度是-35℃,壓力范圍是1.0 MPa~1.2 MPa。對本工段的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備甲醇洗滌塔進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算及水力學(xué)分析,確定出關(guān)鍵設(shè)備的詳細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)及塔性能負(fù)荷圖。
[Abstract]:The removal of acid gas from crude syngas is the key to ensure the continuous production and stable quality of downstream products. In this paper, a low temperature methanol washing process with low solvent price, high purification degree and suitable mass treatment capacity is selected. With the aid of Aspen Plus process simulation software, the whole process of methanol desulfurization and decarburization at low temperature in a chemical plant was simulated and analyzed in detail. In this paper, the solubility of various gases in methanol at different temperature and pressure and the vapor pressure of methanol at different temperature and pressure are calculated, and the influence of temperature on absorption is studied, and the suitable absorption temperature is determined to be -60 鈩，
