琥珀酸酯硫酸鈉的合成及分散性能

【摘要】:以馬來酸酐、聚乙二醇1000和三氧化硫等為原料合成了分散劑琥珀酸酯硫酸鈉(MAPEG1000-OSO3Na),并用該分散劑將硫酸鋇配成懸浮液。采用FTIR,TEM等方法分析了分散劑的結(jié)構(gòu)及分散性能,考察了合成分散劑的適宜條件、配制懸浮液的適宜條件、懸浮液的粒徑分布及形貌。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,MAPEG1000-OSO3Na的最佳合成條件為:n(SO3)∶n(MAPEG1000)=2.6∶1、反應(yīng)溫度60℃、三氧化硫濃度6%(φ),反應(yīng)時(shí)間25 min。采用MAPEG1000-OSO3Na配制分散性較好的硫酸鋇懸浮液時(shí),其適宜條件為:p H=8,MAPEG1000-OSO3Na含量10%(w)。MAPEG1000-OSO3Na的加入能夠改善硫酸鋇顆粒的團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象,未加分散劑時(shí)顆粒的平均粒徑為3.380μm,當(dāng)MAPEG1000-OSO3Na含量為8%(w)時(shí),硫酸鋇顆粒平均粒徑為1.976μm。
[Abstract]:Using maleic anhydride, polyethylene glycol 1000 and sulfur trioxide as raw materials, the dispersant of sodium succinate (MAPEG1000-OSO3NaN) was synthesized. The structure and dispersion properties of dispersant were analyzed by FTIR TEM. The optimum conditions of synthesizing dispersant, the suitable condition of preparing suspension, the particle size distribution and morphology of suspension were investigated.
