基于協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制的溫度智能切換控制

【摘要】:在水泥熟料生產(chǎn)過程中,生料在分解爐內(nèi)的分解是一個復(fù)雜的物理化學(xué)反應(yīng)。由于生料流量波動大且生料邊界條件頻繁變化,生產(chǎn)過程經(jīng)常處于異常工況,導(dǎo)致預(yù)熱器C5出口溫度高于上限,致使預(yù)熱器C5下料管堵塞造成生產(chǎn)停產(chǎn)。為了解決上述問題,提出了一個具有前饋補(bǔ)償?shù)臏囟戎悄芮袚Q控制策略,由分解爐溫度和預(yù)熱器C5出口溫度協(xié)調(diào)控制器、異常工況控制器和切換機(jī)制組成。實(shí)際應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,所提出的控制策略能夠根據(jù)當(dāng)前工況的變化選擇正確的控制器,并且使生產(chǎn)遠(yuǎn)離故障工況。
[Abstract]:In the process of cement clinker production, the decomposition of raw material in calciner is a complex physical chemical reaction. Because the raw material flow fluctuates greatly and the raw material boundary condition changes frequently, the production process is often in abnormal working condition, which leads to the temperature of the outlet of the preheater C5 being higher than the upper limit, resulting in the blockage of the preheater C5 discharge tube and the production stoppage. In order to solve the above problems, a temperature intelligent switching control strategy with feedforward compensation is proposed, which consists of a coordinated controller for calciner temperature and C5 outlet temperature of preheater, a controller for abnormal working conditions and a switching mechanism. The practical application results show that the proposed control strategy can select the correct controller according to the change of the current working conditions and make the production away from the malfunction condition.
