【摘要】：為了在較低能耗下獲得較高的產(chǎn)水率,采用響應(yīng)曲面法和滿意度函數(shù)法對直接接觸式膜蒸餾脫鹽過程進行了建模和多指標(biāo)優(yōu)化,考察指標(biāo)為產(chǎn)水率和熱效率,考察因素包括操作參數(shù)料液入口溫度、透過側(cè)入口溫度、膜面流速和組件參數(shù)裝填系數(shù)、長徑比等。通過方差分析對預(yù)測模型進行了驗證。研究分析了各參數(shù)對指標(biāo)的交互作用,發(fā)現(xiàn)各參數(shù)對考察指標(biāo)影響顯著。利用滿意度函數(shù)法對膜蒸餾過程進行了多指標(biāo)優(yōu)化,獲得最優(yōu)條件為料液入口溫度70℃、透過側(cè)入口溫度40℃、膜面流速60m/min、裝填系數(shù)50%和長徑比20。在最優(yōu)條件下進行實驗,獲得的產(chǎn)水率為1.697kg·h-1,熱效率為88.2%。研究結(jié)果可為膜蒸餾過程的優(yōu)化以及放大設(shè)計提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain higher water yield under low energy consumption, the direct contact membrane distillation desalination process was modeled and optimized with response surface method and satisfaction function method. The indexes were water yield and thermal efficiency. The investigation factors include the inlet temperature of the operating parameters, the inlet temperature of the permeable side, the flow rate of the membrane surface, the loading coefficient of the component parameters, the aspect to diameter ratio, and so on. The prediction model is verified by ANOVA. The interaction of each parameter on the index is analyzed, and it is found that each parameter has a significant effect on the index. The method of satisfaction function was used to optimize the process of membrane distillation. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: inlet temperature of feed liquid 70 鈩，
