鐵鋁尖晶石制備的方法研究

【摘要】:隨著新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的出現(xiàn),水泥窯對耐火磚的要求越來越高,特別是工作環(huán)境最為惡劣的水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯燒成帶對耐火材料的要求更為苛刻。鎂鉻磚是回轉(zhuǎn)窯燒成帶的傳統(tǒng)耐火材料,但在使用過程中Cr3+會變?yōu)橛卸镜腃r6+,污染環(huán)境及水源并對人畜造成傷害。鎂鐵鋁尖晶石磚作為鎂鉻磚的代替品,具有良好的掛窯皮性能、抗侵蝕性和抗磨損性,是一種理想的水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯用耐火材料。鐵鋁尖晶石是鎂鐵鋁尖晶石磚中不可缺少的重要組成,但天然存在的鐵鋁尖晶石很少,需要人工合成。因此合成鐵鋁尖晶石對制備鎂鐵鋁尖晶石磚至關(guān)重要。 本文通過燒結(jié)法和熔鹽法分別以氧化鋁粉和氧化鐵粉、高鐵鋁土礦和氧化鐵粉為原料,制備了鐵鋁尖晶石。燒結(jié)法使用的還原劑為石墨粉,,熔鹽法分別使用了石墨粉和葡萄糖作為還原劑。通過X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和正置金相顯微鏡等方法對燒結(jié)樣品的物相組成和微觀形貌進(jìn)行了分析,研究了煅燒溫度、煅燒氣氛、還原劑添加量和還原劑種類等因素對燒結(jié)產(chǎn)物的影響,研究結(jié)果表明: (1)以氧化鋁粉和氧化鐵粉為原料,以石墨粉為還原劑,采用燒結(jié)法在氮氣氣氛下1450℃以上時可以合成鐵鋁尖晶石,并且隨著溫度升高,合成的鐵鋁尖晶石結(jié)晶程度越來越好。 (2)熔鹽法合成鐵鋁尖晶石時,以氧化鐵粉和氧化鋁粉為原料,石墨粉為還原劑時,熔鹽法合成鐵鋁尖晶石的最佳條件為空氣氣氛下1100℃煅燒3h;使用葡萄糖為還原劑時,熔鹽法合成鐵鋁尖晶石的最適宜的條件是:溫度為1000℃,熔鹽量為m(原料):m(NaCl)=1:1,還原劑加入量為13.5%。 (3)熔鹽法可以在較溫和的條件下合成鐵鋁尖晶石,將合成溫度降低到了1000℃,并且葡萄糖比石墨更適合作還原劑。 (4)以高鐵鋁土礦為原料,石墨粉為還原劑,采用燒結(jié)法在氮氣氣氛下1550℃合成了鐵鋁尖晶石。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of new dry cement production technology, the requirement of refractory brick in cement kiln is more and more high, especially the firing belt of cement rotary kiln, which has the worst working environment, is more demanding on refractory material. Magnesia chrome brick is a traditional refractory material of rotary kiln firing zone, but during the process of use, Cr3 will become toxic Cr6, pollute the environment and water source and cause harm to human and animal. Mg-Fe-Al spinel brick is an ideal refractory for cement rotary kiln because of its good property of hanging kiln skin corrosion resistance and wear resistance as a substitute for magnesia-chrome brick. Fe-Al spinel is an indispensable component of magnesia-Fe-Al spinel brick, but there are few iron-aluminum spinel in nature, which need to be synthesized artificially. Therefore, the synthesis of Fe-Al spinel is very important to the preparation of Mg-Fe-Al spinel brick. In this paper, Fe-Al spinel was prepared by sintering method and molten salt method using alumina powder and ferric oxide powder, ferric bauxite and ferric oxide powder respectively as raw materials. The reducing agent used in the sintering process is graphite powder, and the molten salt method uses graphite powder and glucose as reducing agents respectively. The phase composition and microstructure of sintered samples were analyzed by means of X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and positive metallographic microscope (SEM). The calcination temperature and atmosphere were studied. The effects of the amount of reducing agent and the type of reductant on the sintered product were studied. 1) Iron-aluminum spinel can be synthesized by sintering with alumina powder and iron oxide powder as raw materials and graphite powder as reducing agent under nitrogen atmosphere above 1450 鈩
