摻合料和纖維對(duì)泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土干縮性能的影響

【摘要】:以普通硅酸鹽水泥為膠凝材料,采用物理發(fā)泡技術(shù)制備泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土試樣進(jìn)行干縮試驗(yàn),探討玻璃纖維、粉煤灰、硅粉等外加劑對(duì)其干縮的抑制效果。結(jié)果表明:不同濕密度泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土的干縮值均隨著齡期的增長(zhǎng)而增大,早期干縮值增長(zhǎng)較快,后期趨于穩(wěn)定;隨濕密度的增大,泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土的干縮值逐漸減小;玻璃纖維能顯著抑制泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土的干縮;在合適摻量范圍內(nèi),粉煤灰或硅粉能在一定程度上減小泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土的干縮,但摻量過(guò)大會(huì)對(duì)干縮產(chǎn)生不利影響。
[Abstract]:The dry shrinkage test of light foamed concrete samples prepared by physical foaming technology was carried out with ordinary Portland cement as the cementing material. The effect of additives such as glass fiber, fly ash and silica fume on the dry shrinkage was discussed. The results show that the dry shrinkage value of foamed lightweight concrete with different wet density increases with the increase of age, the dry shrinkage value of foamed lightweight concrete increases rapidly in the early stage and tends to be stable at the later stage, and the dry shrinkage value of light foamed concrete decreases gradually with the increase of wet density. The dry shrinkage of light foamed concrete can be significantly inhibited by glass fiber, and the dry shrinkage of light foamed concrete can be reduced to a certain extent by fly ash or silica fume within the proper range of content, but the dry shrinkage can be adversely affected by the addition of glass fiber.
