一種新型結(jié)構(gòu)隔熱管夾的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:本文以某石化裝置的工程項(xiàng)目為實(shí)例,對(duì)原有高溫管道上恒力彈簧吊架與高溫管道相連接的吊帶結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行修改,采用新型隔熱管夾式結(jié)構(gòu)。應(yīng)用ANSYS(有限元分析軟件)對(duì)該高溫隔熱管夾的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析和優(yōu)化,得出了溫度場(chǎng)分布,并選取合適的管夾材料,同時(shí)對(duì)其應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:該隔熱管夾較大幅度地降低了成本,并縮短了制造周期。目前在工程中應(yīng)用良好。
[Abstract]:Taking the engineering project of a petrochemical plant as an example, this paper modifies the suspender structure of the constant force spring hanger connected with the high temperature pipe on the original high temperature pipeline, and adopts a new type of heat insulation pipe clamping structure. The structure of the high temperature insulation pipe clamp is analyzed and optimized by using ANSYS (finite element analysis software). The temperature field distribution is obtained and the appropriate material is selected. The stress intensity of the jacket is verified at the same time. The results show that the clip reduces the cost and shortens the manufacturing cycle. At present, it is applied well in engineering.
