微銑削熱源模型的仿真與比較

【摘要】:為了研究硬脆材料微銑削的溫度場,基于微銑削石英玻璃,建立了微銑削熱源分布模型。該模型將熱源形狀假設為半圓形,并在該熱源形狀下對矩形熱源、三角形熱源進行了有限元分析,通過微銑削石英玻璃試驗將測量的溫度數據與有限元結果做了對比分析。結果表明:矩形熱源模型比三角形熱源模型更加接近實際的微銑削區(qū)熱源分布情況,加工參數中的主軸轉速對微銑削溫度影響程度最大,主軸傾角次之,切削深度和進給速度則相差不大。
[Abstract]:In order to study the temperature field of the micro milling of hard and brittle materials, based on the micro milling of quartz glass, the heat source distribution model of micro milling is established. The model assumes the shape of the heat source as a semicircle, and the finite element analysis is carried out on the rectangular heat source and the triangle heat source under the shape of the heat source, and the temperature data and the measured temperature data are measured by the micromilling of the quartz glass. The result shows that the rectangular heat source model is more close to the actual heat source distribution in the micro milling area than the triangle heat source model. The spindle speed in the processing parameters has the greatest influence on the micro milling temperature, the main axis angle is the second, the cutting depth and the feed speed are very different.
