透明混凝土性能研究

【摘要】:通過在不同光照條件下的透光試驗、凍融循環(huán)試驗和抗?jié)B試驗研究了光纖摻量分別為1.13%,2.0%,3.14%,4.52%,6.2%透明混凝土的透光性能、抗凍性能和抗?jié)B性能。結果表明:以新聞燈和白熾燈為光源的測試透光率中,兩種光源均可使透明混凝土透過可見光和紅外光;透明混凝土抗凍融性和抗?jié)B性能明顯低于普通混凝土,且隨光纖摻量增大而降低。凍融循環(huán)是透明混凝土使用過程中的不利因素,通過在光纖表面涂覆環(huán)氧樹脂能增強光纖與混凝土的界面粘結性,提高抗?jié)B性能。
[Abstract]:Through the light transmission test under different light conditions, freeze-thaw cycle test and impermeability test, the transmittance, frost resistance and impermeability of transparent concrete with fiber content of 1.132.0 and 3.144.52% were studied respectively. The results show that in the test transmittance of news lamp and incandescent lamp, both light sources can make transparent concrete penetrate visible light and infrared light, and the freeze-thaw resistance and impermeability of transparent concrete are obviously lower than that of ordinary concrete. And it decreases with the increase of fiber content. Freeze-thaw cycle is an unfavorable factor in the use of transparent concrete. Coating epoxy resin on the surface of the fiber can enhance the interfacial bond between the fiber and the concrete and improve the impermeability.
