基于主成分分析的粉煤灰細(xì)骨料混凝土最優(yōu)配合比研究

【摘要】:主成分分析法是利用降維思想將多指標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)化為綜合指標(biāo),簡(jiǎn)化精準(zhǔn)反映系統(tǒng)主要信息。研究以II級(jí)粉煤灰等體積替代細(xì)骨料拌制的11種配合比的泵送混凝土為基礎(chǔ),為了探求最優(yōu)的配合比,選取直接影響混凝土新拌性能和硬化強(qiáng)度的6項(xiàng)主要指標(biāo),運(yùn)用主成分分析法,對(duì)在0~50%不同粉煤灰替代率下混凝土性能進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),依據(jù)得分排序確定最優(yōu)替代率。結(jié)果表明替代率為25%時(shí),粉煤灰細(xì)骨料混凝土性能綜合得分最高,性能最優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:Principal component Analysis (PCA) is to transform multiple indexes into comprehensive indexes by reducing dimensionality, which simplifies and accurately reflects the main information of the system. In order to find out the optimum mix ratio, six main indexes which directly affect the fresh mixing performance and hardening strength of concrete are selected on the basis of 11 kinds of mix ratio of pumping concrete mixed with II grade fly ash in equal volume instead of fine aggregate. By using principal component analysis method, the performance of concrete with different replacement ratio of 50% fly ash was evaluated comprehensively, and the optimal substitution rate was determined according to the ranking of scores. The results show that when the substitution ratio is 25, the comprehensive score of fly ash fine aggregate concrete is the highest and the performance is the best.
