貴州某高硫鋁土礦溶出性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為消除貴州某高硫鋁土精礦中硫含量過(guò)高對(duì)拜耳法生產(chǎn)的不利影響,研究了該高硫鋁土礦精礦拜耳法溶出過(guò)程中氧化鋁和硫的可溶性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:最優(yōu)溶出試驗(yàn)條件為溶出溫度260℃、溶出時(shí)間60 min、石灰加入量7%、配料分子比1.45、Na_2O濃度230 g/L,在此試驗(yàn)條件下,赤泥中氧化鋁含量為17.13%,硫含量為0.12%,氧化鋁的相對(duì)溶出率達(dá)到97.24%,硫的溶出率為17.72%,說(shuō)明該試樣溶出性能良好。
