【摘要】：從電沉積金鈷合金鍍層的聚合物強化、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變以及巨磁電阻金/鈷交疊鍍層的獲得三個方面簡述了金鈷合金電沉積的研究現(xiàn)狀。認為金鈷合金電沉積的發(fā)展趨勢主要是:鍍液無氰環(huán)保化,電鍍電流或電壓的非穩(wěn)定多樣化和鍍層結(jié)構(gòu)與功能多樣化。
[Abstract]:The research status of gold-cobalt alloy electrodeposition was reviewed from three aspects, such as polymer strengthening, crystal structure transformation and giant magnetoresistance (GMR) gold / cobalt superposition coating. It is considered that the development trend of gold-cobalt alloy electrodeposition is mainly as follows: environmental protection of bath, unstable diversification of electroplating current or voltage, and diversification of structure and function of plating.
