用溶劑萃取法從含鎳鈷合金渣酸浸液中深度除鈣試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研究了從含高濃度鎳鈷合金渣酸浸液中萃取脫除低濃度鈣,考察了鈣離子去除的影響因素。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:以皂化率35%的10%P204+90%260#煤油為有機(jī)相,在水相pH=5.0、Vo∶Va=1∶2、萃取時(shí)間3min、溫度25℃條件下,Ca~(2+)單級(jí)萃取率達(dá)80%,Co~(2+)、Ni~(2+)單級(jí)萃取率分別為27%和9%;在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)3級(jí)逆流萃取,Ca~(2+)質(zhì)量濃度降至1mg/L以下,達(dá)到生產(chǎn)高品質(zhì)硫酸鈷、硫酸鎳產(chǎn)品所需料液對(duì)鈣離子的要求。
[Abstract]:The extraction and removal of low concentration calcium from acid leaching solution containing high concentration of nickel and cobalt alloy slag were studied, and the influencing factors of calcium ion removal were investigated.
