建筑材料生產(chǎn)過(guò)程優(yōu)化控制策略研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展建筑材料工業(yè)也不斷地發(fā)展起來(lái),在建筑材料工業(yè)中最主要的是水泥的生產(chǎn)。水泥是建筑材料中最必不可少的材料之一,它的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程復(fù)雜,特征明顯。水泥制造的關(guān)聯(lián)性制約著它的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程會(huì)受到各種因素的影響,這些制約因素往往包括化學(xué)成分干擾、原料婁底以及游離物質(zhì)等,水泥的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程有著時(shí)變、非線性的特點(diǎn),從而導(dǎo)致物化經(jīng)濟(jì)落后。它的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程一般是通過(guò)較常規(guī)的操作,因此很難顯示出它的效果。本篇文章主要研究的是水泥生產(chǎn)操作的方案,通過(guò)研究新型干法的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程為研究目標(biāo),主要對(duì)它的控制方案和實(shí)施方案進(jìn)行有效的研究。本篇文章主要四點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。第一關(guān)于目前的水泥生產(chǎn)的基本情況進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的了解,同時(shí)也介紹了相關(guān)新型的生產(chǎn)流程。其次是有效的分析生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的控制因素,并對(duì)其他變量之間關(guān)系的影響進(jìn)行研究討論,從而得出在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中受到的局限問(wèn)題。第三個(gè)就是建立有效的控制系統(tǒng),對(duì)影響生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的物料化特性和粉磨過(guò)程進(jìn)行有效的控制,避免各種因素的干擾,更快的提高工作效率。最后就是轉(zhuǎn)窯的基本特征,運(yùn)用高效的組合控制,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化含氧指標(biāo),加快生產(chǎn)效率降低煤耗量,從而從整體上提高效率加快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's national economy, the construction material industry has been developing constantly, and the production of cement is the most important in the construction material industry. Cement is one of the most essential materials in building materials. Its production process is complex and its characteristics are obvious. The relevance of cement manufacturing restricts its production process will be affected by a variety of factors, these constraints often include chemical composition interference, raw material Loudi and free materials, cement production process has a time-varying, non-linear characteristics, As a result, the materialized economy lags behind. Its production process is generally through a more conventional operation, so it is difficult to show its effect. This article mainly studies the plan of cement production and operation. Through the research on the production process of the new dry process, it mainly studies the control scheme and the implementation plan of the new dry process. There are four main points in this article. The first is about the basic situation of present cement production and the related new production process. Secondly, the control factors in the production process are analyzed effectively, and the influence of other variables on the relationship is studied and discussed, and the limitations in the production process are obtained. The third is to establish an effective control system to control the material characteristics of the production process and grinding process effectively, to avoid the interference of various factors, and to improve the working efficiency faster. Finally, it is the basic characteristic of rotary kiln, using high efficiency combination control, further optimizing oxygen content index, speeding up production efficiency and reducing coal consumption, so as to improve overall efficiency and accelerate development.
