無(wú)機(jī)鹽種類對(duì)混凝土電阻率的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)于電網(wǎng)中接地金屬的保護(hù)課題,考慮利用混凝土包裹扁鋼制成接地模塊的形式來(lái)解決。由于混凝土本身具有較高的電阻率,不能達(dá)到良好的接地效果,為此針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題,參考化學(xué)降阻劑的成分,以向混凝土中添加無(wú)機(jī)鹽的形式來(lái)達(dá)到降低其電阻率的目的。試驗(yàn)研究了9種常見的無(wú)機(jī)鹽對(duì)混凝土電阻率的影響,分別為陽(yáng)離子K~+、Na~+、Mg~(2+)和陰離子SO_4~(2-)、Cl~-、CO_3~(2-)的兩兩相互組合。同時(shí)依據(jù)氯鹽含量對(duì)于鋼筋腐蝕速率的影響關(guān)系,設(shè)定鹽的添加劑量均為水泥用量的4%。利用無(wú)添加劑混凝土組作為對(duì)照,分析電阻率降低的效果。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明添加無(wú)機(jī)鹽可降低混凝土的電阻率,且得出了這9種無(wú)機(jī)鹽在添加相同質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)時(shí)降低混凝土電阻率效果的優(yōu)劣關(guān)系;其中效果最好的無(wú)機(jī)鹽添加劑為K_2SO_4,添加后混凝土電阻率降低至不添加時(shí)的37.9%。
[Abstract]:For the protection of grounding metal in power grid, the paper considers the form of earthing module made of concrete wrapped flat steel. Due to the high resistivity of concrete, it can not achieve good grounding effect. In order to solve this problem, the resistivity of concrete can be reduced by adding inorganic salt to the concrete with reference to the composition of chemical resistance reducer. The effects of nine common inorganic salts on the resistivity of concrete are studied in this paper. They are the pairwise combination of cation K ~ + Na ~ + MgO _ 2) and anionic so _ 4 / C _ (4) C _ (C) -C _ (3) O _ (3) / C _ (2). At the same time, according to the influence of chloride content on the corrosion rate of steel bar, the additive amount of salt is 4% of cement content. The effect of resistivity reduction was analyzed by using non-additive concrete group as control. The test results show that adding inorganic salt can reduce the resistivity of concrete, and the relationship between the effect of reducing the resistivity of concrete with the same mass fraction of the 9 kinds of inorganic salts is obtained. The most effective inorganic salt additive is K _ 2SO _ 4, and the resistivity of concrete decreases to 37.9 when it is added.
