堿式硫酸鎂晶須制備工藝條件的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:為了制備長徑比較大的堿式硫酸鎂晶須,以七水硫酸鎂和氫氧化鈉為原料,在水熱條件下,考察水熱物料摩爾比、溫度、時間、攪拌強度、物料濃度等因素對晶須生長的影響。通過紅外光譜儀(FT-IR)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)等對產物進行表征。單因素實驗研究得到其水熱合成優(yōu)化工藝條件為:氫氧化鈉與硫酸鎂的摩爾比為0.3,水熱合成溫度為160~180℃,加熱恒溫時間為4 h,料漿攪拌強度為300 r/min,每100 m L水介質中加入七水硫酸鎂和氫氧化鈉總質量為10 g,陳化時間為12 h。分析結果表明,在該水熱條件下制備的須狀產品的組成為Mg SO4·5Mg(OH)2·3H2O,晶須顆粒長度均勻,直徑在50 nm~1μm之間,長徑比在100~150之間。
[Abstract]:In order to prepare basic magnesium sulfate whiskers with large length and diameter, the effects of the molar ratio of hydrothermal materials, temperature, time, stirring strength and concentration on the growth of whiskers were investigated under hydrothermal conditions using magnesium sulfate and sodium hydroxide as raw materials. The products were characterized by FT-IR X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The optimum conditions of hydrothermal synthesis were obtained as follows: the molar ratio of sodium hydroxide to magnesium sulfate was 0.3, and the hydrothermal synthesis temperature was 160 ~ 180 鈩,
