【摘要】：玻璃在成形過(guò)程中的析晶現(xiàn)象對(duì)玻璃的性質(zhì)有重要影響,利用MSC.Marc軟件的二次開(kāi)發(fā)功能研究了玻璃壓延成型中的析晶問(wèn)題,介紹了MSC.Marc軟件子程序接口及開(kāi)發(fā)方式。利用經(jīng)典的尤曼析晶模型,編寫了相應(yīng)的UGRAIN子程序,并進(jìn)行了算例分析。推測(cè)出玻璃成型中析晶溫度的大致范圍,分析了過(guò)冷度與玻璃析晶的關(guān)系。為玻璃壓延成型工藝參數(shù)的優(yōu)化以及深化玻璃晶化理論的研究提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The crystallization of glass during the forming process has an important effect on the properties of glass. The crystallization problem in the process of glass calendering is studied by using the secondary development function of MSC.Marc software. The interface and development method of MSC.Marc software subprogram are introduced. The corresponding UGRAIN subroutine is compiled by using the classic Eumann crystallization model, and an example is given. The general range of crystallization temperature in glass forming is inferred and the relationship between undercooling degree and glass crystallization is analyzed. It provides a basis for optimizing the process parameters of glass calendering and deepening the research of glass crystallization theory.
