【摘要】：植被混凝土是指能夠適應(yīng)綠色植物生長、又具有一定的防護(hù)功能的混凝土及其制品。煤矸石是在采煤過程中和洗煤過程中排放的固體廢物。作者課題組在試驗(yàn)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)普通植被混凝土破壞大部分發(fā)生在節(jié)點(diǎn)處,粗骨料破壞很少,進(jìn)而試用煤矸石取代石子作為粗骨料,發(fā)現(xiàn)煤矸石作為粗骨料雖然強(qiáng)度低,但滿足植被混凝土要求。因此獲得了專利:劉福勝.以煤矸石為粗骨料的新型抗凍植被混凝土[p].中國:CN104326709A。但是在對(duì)煤矸石抗凍植被混凝土進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)制作時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)由于煤矸石化學(xué)成分組成的多樣性、礦物成分的復(fù)雜性、堆放時(shí)間的不確定性以及產(chǎn)量的規(guī)模性給煤矸石的選擇帶來了很大的技術(shù)瓶頸。煤矸石作為粗骨料應(yīng)用于抗凍植被混凝土,時(shí)至今日社會(huì)各界并未有進(jìn)行太多的研究,煤矸石作為粗骨料取代部分碎石子所做成的抗凍植被混凝土各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)性能變化,人們對(duì)此也知之甚少。因此在課題組對(duì)不同等級(jí)不同取代率的煤矸石抗凍植被混凝土進(jìn)行研究,有著重要的意義。本文通過分析煤矸石壓碎指標(biāo)、吸水率對(duì)其制作的煤矸石粗骨料新型抗凍植被混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度和抗凍性能產(chǎn)生的影響,對(duì)煤矸石進(jìn)行了等級(jí)劃分,得到適合進(jìn)行煤矸石新型抗凍植被混凝土制作的煤矸石等級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn):(1)壓碎指標(biāo)小于等于16%,吸水率小于等于1.5%的煤矸石為Ⅰ級(jí)煤矸石;壓碎指標(biāo)大于16%小于等于21%,吸水率大于1.5%小于等于2.5%的煤矸石為Ⅱ級(jí)煤矸石;壓碎指標(biāo)大于21%,吸水率大于2.5%的煤矸石為Ⅲ級(jí)煤矸石。(2)Ⅲ級(jí)煤矸石不適合用于制作煤矸石粗骨料抗凍植被混凝土;Ⅱ級(jí)煤矸石制作的煤矸石粗骨料抗凍植被混凝土既能滿足抗壓強(qiáng)度的要求,又具有較好的抗凍性能;使用Ⅰ級(jí)煤矸石取代部分石子后制作的煤矸石植被混凝土破壞與普通植被混凝土破壞相似,以節(jié)點(diǎn)破壞為主,粗骨料破壞很少,這說明煤矸石的強(qiáng)度并沒有被充分利用,可以使用這類煤矸石來進(jìn)行有著更高強(qiáng)度要求的試驗(yàn)研究。(3)使用Ⅱ級(jí)煤矸石制作煤矸石抗凍植被混凝土,在煤矸石取代率為40%時(shí),抗壓強(qiáng)度、凍融循環(huán)滿足抗凍植被混凝土性能要求,滿足廢棄礦物利用最多的原則,因此將煤矸石粗骨料最優(yōu)取代率確定為40%左右。
[Abstract]:Vegetation concrete refers to concrete and its products which can adapt to the growth of green plants and have certain protective function. Coal gangue is a solid waste discharged during coal mining and coal washing. In the course of the experiment, the author's group found that most of the damage of common vegetation concrete occurred at the joint, and the coarse aggregate was seldom destroyed. Then the coal gangue was used to replace the stone as coarse aggregate, and it was found that the strength of coal gangue as coarse aggregate was lower than that of coal gangue. But meet the requirement of vegetation concrete. Thus obtained the patent: Liu Fusheng. A new type of frost resistant vegetation concrete with coal gangue as coarse aggregate [p]. However, in the production of coal gangue anti-freezing vegetation concrete, it is found that because of the diversity of chemical composition of coal gangue, the complexity of mineral composition, The uncertainty of stacking time and the scale of production bring great technical bottleneck to the choice of coal gangue. Coal gangue is used as coarse aggregate in frost resistant vegetation concrete. Up to now, there has not been much research on coal gangue as coarse aggregate to replace some broken stone. Little is known about it. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the anti-freezing vegetation concrete of coal gangue with different grade and different substitution rate in our research group. This paper analyzes the influence of coal gangue crushing index and water absorption rate on the compressive strength and frost resistance of the new type of frozen vegetation concrete made of coal gangue coarse aggregate, and classifies the coal gangue into grades. The coal gangue grade standard: 1) the crushing index is less than or equal to 16, and the coal gangue whose water absorption rate is less than 1.5% is grade I gangue. The coal gangue whose crushing index is more than 16% is less than 21%, and the coal gangue whose water absorption rate is more than 1.5% is grade 鈪，
