氫氧化鎂乳液的制備及其在脫硫中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:探究了氫氧化鎂乳液的制備工藝,并采用鼓泡式反應(yīng)裝置對(duì)氫氧化鎂脫硫反應(yīng)特性進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,氫氧化鎂的粒徑中值隨反應(yīng)物濃度的增大而增大,粒徑中值460~490 nm、濃度0.7 g/L的氫氧化鎂脫硫效果較佳;氫氧化鎂脫硫效率隨著其濃度的增大、鼓泡深度的提高而顯著增大,隨著SO_2濃度及煙氣流量的增高,脫硫效率降低,而且在SO_2濃度為2 500 mg/m~3、吸收液溫度低于50℃時(shí),脫硫效率達(dá)到95%以上;SO_2在氫氧化鎂顆粒表面的接觸、反應(yīng)過程分為快速區(qū)、過渡區(qū)和穩(wěn)定區(qū)三個(gè)階段。
[Abstract]:The preparation process of magnesium hydroxide emulsion was studied, and the reaction characteristics of magnesium hydroxide desulfurization were studied by bubbling reaction device.
