占空比對納米晶鎳鍍層結(jié)構(gòu)及性能的影響

【摘要】:采用電沉積方法在黃銅基體上制備出納米晶鎳鍍層,并研究了占空比對鍍鎳層微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、硬度及耐蝕性的影響。結(jié)果表明:低占空比下鍍鎳層的擇優(yōu)取向面為(111)晶面,高占空比下呈現(xiàn)出(111)和(200)的雙擇優(yōu)取向;隨著占空比的增大,鍍鎳層的晶粒尺寸逐漸增大;占空比為70%時所得鍍鎳層的硬度最高;占空比為20%時所得鍍鎳層在3.5%的NaCl溶液中的耐蝕性最好。
[Abstract]:Nanocrystalline nickel coating was prepared on brass substrate by electrodeposition. The effects of duty cycle ratio on microstructure, hardness and corrosion resistance of nickel coating were studied. The results show that the preferred orientation plane of the nickel plating layer with low duty cycle is (111) crystal plane, and the double preferred orientation of the nickel plating layer appears at the high duty cycle ratio, and the grain size increases with the increase of the duty cycle of the nickel plating layer, and the grain size increases with the increase of the duty cycle ratio. The hardness of the nickel plating layer is the highest when the duty cycle is 70 and the corrosion resistance of the nickel plating layer is the best in 3.5% NaCl solution when the duty cycle is 20.
