裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅中陶粒墻板配合比的理論與試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步,我國(guó)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)正處于上升時(shí)期,每年新建的城鄉(xiāng)住宅建筑面積均超過(guò)10多億平方米。在老舊建筑拆除時(shí),也制造了大量建筑垃圾,若能采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系則可實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、產(chǎn)品化,組織進(jìn)行工業(yè)化生產(chǎn),節(jié)水、節(jié)地、節(jié)能、節(jié)材,符合環(huán)保要求及可持續(xù)發(fā)展等特點(diǎn)。目前缺乏與鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅配套的維護(hù)體系材料問(wèn)題仍是限制其發(fā)展的主要因素。本文根據(jù)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅結(jié)構(gòu)體系特點(diǎn),研發(fā)適合于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系的圍護(hù)材料。本文將以陶粒為粗骨料,自燃煤矸石人工砂或珍珠巖為細(xì)骨料,配制出滿(mǎn)足鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系要求的輕骨料混凝土。主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)以粒徑為5mm-20mm的粉煤灰陶粒為粗骨料,試配出五種強(qiáng)度的混凝土,可以滿(mǎn)足鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅不同跨度墻板的使用要求。(2)以混凝土滿(mǎn)足和易性、強(qiáng)度的同時(shí)表觀(guān)密度最小為目標(biāo),以粒徑為5mm-30mm的頁(yè)巖陶粒為粗骨料,通過(guò)15種配合比的對(duì)比試驗(yàn),配制出表觀(guān)密度不大于900kg/m~3超輕頁(yè)巖陶;炷痢(3)將三種陶粒以不同體積摻量比例,以自燃煤矸石破碎、篩分得到自燃煤矸石人工砂或珍珠巖作為細(xì)骨料,摻入減水劑、增稠劑等外加劑,在混凝土滿(mǎn)足和易性、強(qiáng)度的基礎(chǔ)上,表觀(guān)密度最小為目標(biāo),配制出一系列輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)的混凝土,并且探索不同材料對(duì)混凝土的影響。(4)考慮火災(zāi)發(fā)生,研究墻板材料—陶;炷猎诟邷叵碌牧W(xué)性能。本文分別進(jìn)行了陶;炷猎200℃與400℃下的耐火實(shí)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous progress of the society, the housing industry in China is on the rise, every year more than 1 billion square meters of new urban and rural residential building area. When the old buildings were demolished, a large amount of construction waste was also produced. If the steel structure housing system could be adopted, it could be standardized, produced, organized into industrial production, saved water, saved land, saved energy, and saved materials. Meet the requirements of environmental protection and sustainable development and other characteristics. At present, the shortage of maintenance system material for steel structure residence is still the main factor restricting its development. According to the characteristics of steel structure housing system, this paper develops an enclosure material suitable for steel structure housing system. In this paper, the lightweight aggregate concrete, which meets the requirements of steel structure housing system, is prepared with ceramsite as coarse aggregate, spontaneous combustion coal gangue artificial sand or perlite as fine aggregate. The main contents are as follows: (1) with fly ash and ceramsite of 5mm-20mm diameter as coarse aggregate, five kinds of strength concrete can be used to meet the use requirements of different span wall slabs of steel structure residence. At the same time, the minimum apparent density was taken as the target, and the shale ceramsite with particle size of 5mm-30mm was used as coarse aggregate. The apparent density is not greater than that of 900kg/m~3 ultra-light shale ceramsite concrete. (3) the three kinds of ceramsite are broken up with spontaneous combustion coal gangue in different volume ratio, and the artificial sand or perlite of spontaneous combustion coal gangue is obtained as fine aggregate and water reducing agent is added. On the basis of concrete satisfaction and easiness, strength and apparent density minimum, a series of lightweight and high strength concrete is prepared, and the influence of different materials on concrete is explored.
