溶膠-凝膠法低溫合成硅酸鋯粉體的研究

【摘要】:以硅酸鈉(Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O)和碳酸鋯銨((NH_4)_2ZrO(CO_3)_2)為原料,LiF作礦化劑,采用溶膠-凝膠法制備硅酸鋯粉體。本文研究了制備工藝條件對其合成的影響,并利用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)等測試手段對實驗樣品進行物相及顯微形貌分析。研究結(jié)果表明:在沒有添加礦化劑的情況下,ZrSiO_4的合成溫度高達1100℃左右;而在添加礦化劑LiF的情況下,前驅(qū)體經(jīng)650℃熱處理后,樣品的XRD圖譜開始出現(xiàn)ZrSiO_4的衍射峰,繼續(xù)提高熱處理溫度,ZrSiO_4衍射峰強度逐漸提升。當(dāng)熱處理溫度為750℃時,ZrSiO_4已充分合成,結(jié)晶程度良好。
[Abstract]:Zirconium silicate powders were prepared by sol-gel method using Na2SiOster3H _ 2O) and ammonium zirconium carbonate (NH _ 4H _ 4H _ 2O _ 2) as mineralizers and lif as mineralizers. In this paper, the effect of preparation conditions on the synthesis was studied, and the phase and micromorphology of the samples were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
