助劑焙燒伊利石高效釋鉀及其反應(yīng)動力學(xué)

【摘要】:采用助熔劑法對伊利石釋鉀過程進行研究,探討了助熔劑種類和用量,焙燒溫度和時間,水洗溫度和時間以及固液比等條件對釋鉀率的影響。結(jié)果表明:添加氯化鈣助劑對伊利石的釋鉀效果影響顯著,最佳實驗條件下釋鉀率為95.84%。動力學(xué)分析顯示焙燒過程為Ca~(2+)在伊利石內(nèi)部擴散所控制,焙燒渣中鉀的浸出過程受表面化學(xué)反應(yīng)控制。
[Abstract]:The process of potassium release from Illite was studied by flux method. The effects of flux type and dosage, calcination temperature and time, washing temperature and time and solid-liquid ratio on potassium release rate were discussed. The results showed that the potassium release rate of Illite was 95.84 when calcium chloride was added. The kinetic analysis shows that the roasting process is controlled by the diffusion of Ca~(2) in Illite, and the leaching process of potassium in roasted slag is controlled by surface chemical reaction.
