【摘要】：為了實(shí)現(xiàn)碳酸鈣顆粒在水中聚團(tuán),實(shí)現(xiàn)碳酸鈣固液分離及與其他物質(zhì)的分離,通過(guò)測(cè)量顆粒的沉降指數(shù)和觀察顆粒的顯微圖像,對(duì)硬脂酸鈉改性碳酸鈣顆粒在水介質(zhì)中的聚團(tuán)行為及其機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,碳酸鈣表面誘導(dǎo)疏水性是導(dǎo)致其顆粒聚團(tuán)的主要因素,與未改性碳酸鈣相比,改性碳酸鈣顆粒在水介質(zhì)中形成大尺度聚團(tuán),并具有一定強(qiáng)度;推測(cè)改性碳酸鈣顆粒間的聚團(tuán)應(yīng)為顆粒表面改性劑碳鏈間的締合所形成。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the aggregation of calcium carbonate particles in water, solid liquid separation of calcium carbonate and separation from other substances, the sedimentation index of the particles was measured and the microscopic images of the particles were observed. The agglomeration behavior and mechanism of calcium carbonate modified by sodium stearate in water medium were studied. The results show that the hydrophobicity induced by the surface of calcium carbonate is the main factor leading to the aggregation of calcium carbonate particles. Compared with the unmodified calcium carbonate, the modified calcium carbonate particles form large scale clusters in water medium and have a certain strength. It is inferred that the cluster between the modified calcium carbonate particles should be formed by the association between the carbon chains of the surface modifier.
