【摘要】：為分析不同界面劑對新老混凝土的粘結(jié)效果,選用普通硅酸鹽水泥混凝土、礦渣水泥混凝土和復合型水泥混凝土作為試驗混凝土,選擇水泥凈漿、摻粉煤灰的水泥凈漿和摻TG-1固結(jié)劑的水泥凈漿作為試驗粘結(jié)劑進行了劈拉強度試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明:水泥凈漿界面劑粘結(jié)效果總體上隨著水灰比的增加而減弱;摻粉煤灰的水泥凈漿作為界面劑時,粉煤灰的摻量在20%~40%時粘結(jié)效果最好;摻TG-1固結(jié)劑的水泥凈漿的粘結(jié)效果是隨著TG-1固結(jié)劑摻量的增加而增強。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the bonding effect of different interfacial agents on new and old concrete, common Portland cement concrete, slag cement concrete and composite cement concrete were selected as test concrete, and cement paste was chosen. The splitting tensile strength of cement paste with fly ash and cement paste with TG-1 consolidation agent was tested. The experimental results show that the bonding effect of cement paste interfacial agent decreases with the increase of water-cement ratio, and when fly ash is used as interfacial agent, the binder effect of fly ash is the best when the content of fly ash is 20 ~ 40. The bonding effect of cement paste mixed with TG-1 is enhanced with the increase of the amount of TG-1 consolidation agent.
