雙維弦波聚結(jié)板分離器的數(shù)值模擬及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:所謂含油污水,主要的污染物是不溶于水或在水中溶解度很低的有機(jī)化合物。含油污水來源廣泛,危害嚴(yán)重,其除油效果對(duì)后續(xù)工藝過程影響很大。工程應(yīng)用中,將重力分離與聚結(jié)技術(shù)兩項(xiàng)技術(shù)結(jié)合的聚結(jié)板分離器,以其獨(dú)特的環(huán)境友好、造價(jià)低廉和高效緊湊的優(yōu)勢而備受重視。本文自行設(shè)計(jì)雙維弦波聚結(jié)板分離器,首次應(yīng)用雙維弦波波紋板作為聚結(jié)板結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)板表面進(jìn)行了表面改性處理,用以強(qiáng)化油水分離。通過數(shù)值模擬,揭示雙維弦波波紋板的特殊結(jié)構(gòu)與表面改性對(duì)油水分離效果的影響。對(duì)雙維弦波波紋板的流動(dòng)性能模擬時(shí),首先,定性比較工程中常用的三種波紋板流道內(nèi)流體的流動(dòng)行為,發(fā)現(xiàn)弦波形板流道內(nèi)出現(xiàn)回流及漩渦的速度閾值較另外兩種板大。其次,引入縱寬比γ、縱橫比λ兩個(gè)幾何因子,在適應(yīng)油水分離的流速范圍內(nèi),當(dāng)γ,λ≤1時(shí),弦波波紋通道的幾何形狀對(duì)流體的流動(dòng)影響很小,流體可順利地流過波紋通道且不出現(xiàn)漩渦。最后,對(duì)四種不同波紋板形式的聚結(jié)板分離器(Stokes-Pak、Plate-Pak、V形斜置、雙維弦波)進(jìn)行整體油水分離效果的影響,得出雙維波形式的聚結(jié)板分離器分離效果明顯好于單向波形式的聚結(jié)板分離器,并且雙維弦波聚結(jié)板分離器的分離效果稍好于V形斜置聚結(jié)板分離器。對(duì)雙維弦波波紋板的表面改性模擬時(shí),在油水分離模擬過程中首次引入分散相對(duì)波紋板壁面的接觸角設(shè)置,對(duì)于某一相而言,接觸角θ90°表示潤濕,接觸角θ90°,表示不潤濕。發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)過表面改性后,波紋板表面對(duì)油相的支持增強(qiáng),油水界面過渡層厚度減薄,底部油相聚集區(qū)域增大,分離效果得到改善。最后,運(yùn)用響應(yīng)面分析法對(duì)聚結(jié)板分離器的高效分離區(qū)尺寸進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,為進(jìn)一步開發(fā)高效緊湊的工業(yè)化聚結(jié)板分離器提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The so-called oily sewage, the main pollutant is insoluble in water or low solubility in water organic compounds. The oily wastewater has a wide range of sources and serious harm, and its oil removal effect has a great influence on the subsequent process. In engineering application, the agglomeration plate separator, which combines gravity separation and coalescence technology, has attracted much attention because of its unique advantages of friendly environment, low cost and high efficiency and compactness. In this paper, the double dimensional chord wave coalescence plate separator is designed by ourselves. For the first time, the double dimensional chord wave corrugated plate is used as the structure of the agglomeration board, and the surface of the plate is modified to strengthen the separation of oil and water. The special structure of double dimensional chord corrugated plate and the influence of surface modification on oil / water separation were revealed by numerical simulation. When simulating the fluidity of two-dimensional chord corrugated plate, firstly, the flow behavior of three kinds of corrugated plate in the channel is qualitatively compared, and the velocity threshold of reflux and swirl in the channel of chord corrugated plate is larger than that of the other two kinds of plates.
