多級(jí)孔道ZSM-5分子篩超濾膜的制備

【摘要】:利用二次生長(zhǎng)法,以十六烷基三甲基溴化銨(CTAB)為結(jié)構(gòu)導(dǎo)向劑,一步水熱合成了多級(jí)孔道ZSM-5分子篩膜。結(jié)果表明,CTAB球形膠束與分子篩顆粒自組裝形成了介孔結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí),CTAB膠束及疏水長(zhǎng)鏈抑制了晶體的長(zhǎng)大。通過調(diào)整CTAB/SiO_2摩爾比、合成溫度及晶化時(shí)間等制膜條件,改變分子篩膜的晶體顆粒尺寸及膜層交聯(lián)度,實(shí)現(xiàn)了分子篩膜介孔結(jié)構(gòu)的有效調(diào)節(jié),其孔徑范圍7~30 nm。在CTAB/SiO_2摩爾比為0.05、合成溫度180℃、時(shí)間20 h下,多級(jí)孔分子篩膜純水滲透通量達(dá)到138 kg·m~(-2)·h~(-1)·MPa~(-1),截留分子量28500,對(duì)應(yīng)平均孔徑7.39 nm,達(dá)到小孔徑超濾的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (cetyltrimethylammonium bromide) as structure guide, a multistage porous channel ZSM-5 molecular sieve membrane was synthesized by secondary growth method. The results show that the mesoporous structure is formed by self-assembly of CTAB spherical micelles with molecular sieve particles, and the growth of crystal is inhibited by CTAB micelles and hydrophobic long chains. By adjusting the CTAB/SiO_2 molar ratio, synthesis temperature and crystallization time, and changing the crystal particle size and the cross-linking degree of the membrane layer, the effective adjustment of the mesoporous structure of the molecular sieve membrane was realized.
