【摘要】：本研究通過(guò)混凝土試件在單軸向受壓下的試驗(yàn)研究,對(duì)比了不同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)立方體和棱柱體試件對(duì)超聲波波速的影響,分析超聲波及聲發(fā)射參數(shù)隨應(yīng)力的變化關(guān)系。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:強(qiáng)度等級(jí)越高的混凝土超聲波波速時(shí)間穩(wěn)定性表現(xiàn)越好;棱柱體超聲波穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)于立方體試件;在工作應(yīng)力為極限破壞應(yīng)力的20%~70%階段,超聲波波速下降緩慢,聲發(fā)射撞擊數(shù)增加,能量和振鈴計(jì)數(shù)呈突發(fā)式增長(zhǎng);當(dāng)工作應(yīng)力大于混凝土的極限破壞應(yīng)力70%后,超聲波波速明顯下降,聲發(fā)射活動(dòng)急劇增加。提出劃分應(yīng)力階段對(duì)2種檢測(cè)方法進(jìn)行分析,為混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工作應(yīng)力狀態(tài)的檢測(cè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the experimental study of concrete specimens under uniaxial compression, the effects of cube and prism on ultrasonic wave velocities are compared, and the relationship between ultrasonic and acoustic emission parameters with stress is analyzed. The experimental results show that the higher the strength grade, the better the time stability of ultrasonic wave velocity of concrete, the better the ultrasonic stability of prism is better than the cube specimen, and when the working stress is 20% of the ultimate failure stress, the ultrasonic wave velocity decreases slowly. When the working stress is more than 70% of the ultimate failure stress of concrete, the ultrasonic wave velocity decreases obviously and the acoustic emission activity increases sharply. Two kinds of testing methods are analyzed in order to provide reference for the detection of the working stress state of concrete structure.
