骨料替代率對玻璃纖維再生混凝土力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:再生混凝土是一種資源節(jié)約型混凝土,再生粗骨料替代率的選擇是決定再生混凝土力學(xué)性能的關(guān)鍵因素,試驗(yàn)通過設(shè)計(jì)5個(gè)不同的替代率,研究了再生骨料替代率對玻璃纖維再生混凝土力學(xué)性能的影響,并且在同一骨料替代率(50%)時(shí)研究了不同纖維摻量對再生混凝土保溫性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著再生粗骨料替代率的增加,玻璃纖維再生混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度和劈拉強(qiáng)度整體呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢;不同取代率混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度均達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度;再生粗骨料最優(yōu)替代率為50%;混凝土的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)隨玻璃纖維摻量的提高逐漸降低。
[Abstract]:Recycled concrete is a kind of resource-saving concrete. The selection of the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is the key factor to determine the mechanical properties of recycled concrete. The influence of recycled aggregate substitution ratio on the mechanical properties of recycled glass fiber reinforced concrete was studied, and the influence of different fiber content on the thermal insulation performance of recycled concrete was studied at the same aggregate replacement ratio of 50%. The results show that the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of recycled glass fiber reinforced concrete decrease with the increase of the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate, and the compressive strength of concrete with different replacement ratio reaches the design strength. The optimum substitution rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 50 and the thermal conductivity of concrete decreases with the increase of glass fiber content.
