響應(yīng)面分析法優(yōu)化碳酸鍶廢渣酸浸取工藝的研究

【摘要】:以碳還原法生產(chǎn)碳酸鍶產(chǎn)生的鍶廢渣為原料,以質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為30%的硝酸酸浸廢渣中的鍶鹽,研究了該浸取工藝中浸取時間、溶液pH、浸取溫度對鍶浸取率的影響。在單因素實驗的基礎(chǔ)上,以鍶浸取率為響應(yīng)指標(biāo),采用響應(yīng)面分析法確定了最優(yōu)鍶浸取率的工藝條件:浸取時間為90.89 min、溶液pH為1.08、浸取溫度為22.76℃。在此條件下得到實際測量值為82.07%,與理論預(yù)測值82.14%基本吻合。該研究可為提高鍶資源的利用率提供參考。
[Abstract]:The effects of leaching time, solution pH and leaching temperature on the leaching rate of strontium were studied by using strontium waste residue from strontium carbonate produced by carbon reduction process as raw material and strontium salt in acid leaching waste residue of nitric acid of 30% by mass fraction.
