退火對(duì)泡沫鎳沉積金屬催化劑的析氫性能影響

【摘要】:研究了退火處理對(duì)泡沫鎳(NF)沉積單/雙元金屬電極在堿性環(huán)境下析氫性能的影響。采用XRD,SEM和電化學(xué)工作站對(duì)復(fù)合催化劑的組成、結(jié)構(gòu)、微觀形貌及性能進(jìn)行研究,可以得出,泡沫鎳沉積單/雙元金屬電極在300℃下退火處理后表現(xiàn)出較好的電催化析氫活性,大小依次為(相比于退火前):NF@Cu0.01@Ni0.01-300,NF@Cu0.01@Co0.03-300,NF@Ni0.01-300,NF@Co0.03-300.結(jié)果表明,NF@Cu0.01@Ni0.01-300催化劑對(duì)電解水制氫表現(xiàn)出最高的催化活性,其電流密度是泡沫鎳的3.97倍,且具有優(yōu)良的電化學(xué)和物理穩(wěn)定性,說(shuō)明退火溫度和沉積金屬層對(duì)復(fù)合催化劑的析氫活性有很大影響。
[Abstract]:The effect of annealing treatment on the hydrogen evolution properties of single / single component metal electrode deposited by nickel foam NFR in alkaline environment was investigated. The composition, structure, microstructure and properties of the composite catalyst were studied by XRDX SEM and electrochemical workstation. It is concluded that the single / single component metal electrode deposited by nickel foam deposit exhibits good electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity after annealing at 300 鈩,
