雙閥重波紋導向浮閥塔板的流體力學性能

【摘要】:采用空氣-水系統(tǒng),在直徑1 000 mm圓形塔內對3種不同配比的雙閥重波紋導向浮閥塔板流體力學性能進行了實驗研究。在開孔率15.25%,堰高30 mm,板間距600 mm,3種液流強度下,測定了不同配比的雙閥重波紋導向浮閥塔板干板壓降、濕板壓降、霧沫夾帶率和漏液率等流體力學性能參數,并與單閥重波紋導向浮閥塔板進行了相互對比。實驗表明:雙閥重波紋導向浮閥塔板能夠有效地降低霧沫夾帶以及漏液,尤其在液流強度較小的時候更加明顯,但同時會造成壓降升高。其中,配比為26.56%的雙閥重波紋導向浮閥塔板在壓降增加較小時能夠大幅提高霧沫夾帶性能,綜合性能優(yōu)越,具有一定工業(yè)使用價值。其壓降、霧沫夾帶率、漏液率的關聯(lián)公式通過實驗數據擬合得出。
[Abstract]:The hydrodynamic properties of three kinds of double valve heavy corrugated guide valve trays were studied in a 1 000 mm circular tower with air water system. Under the conditions of opening rate 15.25 mm, Weir height 30 mm and plate spacing 600 mm / m, the hydrodynamic performance parameters such as dry plate pressure drop, wet plate pressure drop, mist entrainment rate and leakage rate of double valve heavy corrugated guide valve tray were measured. And compared with single valve heavy ripple guide valve tray. The experimental results show that the double valve heavy ripple guide tray can effectively reduce the entrainment and leakage, especially when the liquid flow intensity is small, but it will cause the pressure drop to rise at the same time. Among them, the double valve heavy ripple guide valve tray with 26.56% ratio can greatly improve the entrainment performance of fog foam when the pressure drop is small, and the comprehensive performance is superior and has certain industrial application value. The correlation formulas of pressure drop, entrainment rate and leakage rate are obtained by fitting the experimental data.
