玄武巖纖維摻量對(duì)泡沫玻璃性能影響的研究

【摘要】:為了研究玄武巖纖維摻量對(duì)泡沫玻璃性能的影響,以粉煤灰、玻璃粉、玄武巖纖維及外加劑制備泡沫玻璃,分析不同摻量下玄武巖纖維對(duì)泡沫玻璃物理性能、力學(xué)性能和導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著玄武巖纖維摻量的增加,泡沫玻璃的表觀密度、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)呈遞增趨勢(shì),當(dāng)玄武巖纖維摻量為3‰-4‰時(shí),表觀密度變化較為平緩;當(dāng)玄武巖纖維摻量為1‰時(shí),導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)達(dá)到0.0631 W/(m·K),當(dāng)玄武巖纖維摻量在1‰-5‰時(shí),對(duì)泡沫玻璃的含水率、吸水率影響較小,分別維持在0.35%、15%左右;當(dāng)玄武巖纖維的摻量在1‰-4‰時(shí),泡沫玻璃的抗壓、抗折強(qiáng)度逐漸增大,摻量在4‰時(shí),試樣的抗壓、抗折強(qiáng)度達(dá)到8.28 MPa和0.75 MPa,相比于基準(zhǔn)試樣,分別提高了2.24倍和1.92倍。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of basalt fiber content on the properties of foamed glass, the foamed glass was prepared with fly ash, glass powder, basalt fiber and admixture, and the physical properties of foam glass with different content of basalt fiber were analyzed.
