占空比對脈沖電鍍鐵鎳合金組織及電磁屏蔽性能的影響

【摘要】:采用脈沖電鍍法在2024鋁合金基體上制備Fe Ni合金薄膜,研究了脈沖占空比對鍍層組織形貌和晶體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。結(jié)果表明,所制FeNi_80合金鍍層為典型的面心立方晶體結(jié)構(gòu),具有(111)和(200)晶面擇優(yōu)取向。提高脈沖占空比,鍍層粗糙度增大。脈沖占空比為30%時所制備的200μm厚FeNi_80合金鍍層在10~100 kHz低頻磁場下的屏蔽效能達到36~55 dB。
[Abstract]:Fe Ni alloy thin films were prepared on 2024 aluminum alloy substrate by pulse electroplating. The effect of pulse duty ratio on the microstructure and crystal structure of the coating was studied. The results show that the FeNi_80 alloy coating has a typical face-centered cubic crystal structure with preferred orientation of crystal plane. The roughness of the coating increases with the increase of pulse duty cycle. The shielding efficiency of the 200 渭 m thick FeNi_80 alloy coating prepared by the pulse duty cycle of 30 渭 m in a low frequency magnetic field of 10 ~ 100 kHz is 36 ~ 55 dB.
