厭氧污泥接種雙室微生物燃料電池去除氨氮的研究

【摘要】:構(gòu)建并成功運(yùn)行了厭氧污泥接種的雙室MFC系統(tǒng),評估了該系統(tǒng)處理模擬氨氮廢水的效果,闡明微生物生態(tài)同MFC耦合氨氮去除的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。結(jié)果表明,接種厭氧污泥的MFC電壓輸出最高可達(dá)523 m V,優(yōu)于接種普通活性污泥的同型MFC。該雙室MFC陽極室對低濃度氨氮廢水(53 mg/L)的去除率最高為52.5%,對高濃度氨氮廢水(294 mg/L)的去除率最高可達(dá)91.4%;赟EM和DGGE的表征證實(shí),接種MFC運(yùn)行前后的厭氧污泥生物膜形貌和微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)都有明顯的變化,群落多樣性減少,優(yōu)勢種群數(shù)量增加,部分為典型胞外電子呼吸菌地桿菌。
[Abstract]:The dual chamber MFC system of anaerobic sludge inoculation was constructed and successfully operated. The effect of the system to simulate ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment was evaluated. The internal relationship between microbial ecology and MFC coupling ammonia nitrogen removal was clarified. The results showed that the MFC voltage output of the inoculated anaerobic sludge was up to 523 m V, which was superior to the same type MFC. of the common activated sludge as the dual chamber MFC. The highest removal rate of low concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater (53 mg/L) was 52.5%. The highest removal rate of high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater (294 mg/L) was up to 91.4%. based on SEM and DGGE. The morphology and microbial community structure of the anaerobic sludge biofilm and the microbial community structure before and after the inoculation of MFC were obviously changed, the diversity of the community was reduced, and the number of dominant populations was reduced. The amount of bacteria increased in part.
