無機(jī)改性劑處理氫氧化鋁熱穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:為提高氫氧化鋁(ATH)的熱穩(wěn)定性能,推廣其在電子封裝、線路板等電子電工行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用,采用無機(jī)納米顆粒作為改性劑,通過分子間的強(qiáng)作用力,對ATH表面包覆處理,制備出耐熱性ATH阻燃劑,通過差熱掃描量熱分析儀(DSC)對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行熱穩(wěn)定性分析。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)無機(jī)納米顆料表面改性處理后,樣品1%分解溫度大于260℃,全脫水量大于29%,純化后產(chǎn)品電導(dǎo)率(EC)低于20μs/cm,能滿足于電子級ATH阻燃劑使用要求。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the thermal stability of aluminum hydroxide (ATH), and promote its application in electronic packaging, circuit board and other electronic and electrical industries, inorganic nanoparticles were used as modifiers, and the surface of ATH was coated by strong intermolecular force. The heat resistant ATH flame retardant was prepared and the thermal stability of the product was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that after the surface modification of inorganic nanoparticles, the decomposition temperature of 1% of the sample is more than 260 鈩,
