車削加工陶瓷材料時刀具磨損表面形態(tài)的研究

【摘要】:分別使用硬質(zhì)合金刀具、金剛石刀具、立方氮化硼刀具對氟金云母陶瓷及二硅酸鋰玻璃陶瓷材料進行車削試驗。利用顯微鏡觀察刀具磨損形貌,通過能譜分析研究了刀具的磨損機理。試驗結(jié)果表明,刀具磨損部位主要集中在刀尖和后刀面,刀具磨損形式主要為磨料磨損和粘結(jié)磨損。用硬質(zhì)合金刀具車削氟金云母陶瓷時,切削深度越小,磨料磨損越嚴重。
[Abstract]:The turning tests of fluorophlogopite ceramics and lithium-silicate glass ceramics were carried out by using carbide cutting tools diamond tools and cubic boron nitride cutters respectively. The wear mechanism of the tool was studied by energy spectrum analysis. The experimental results show that the tool wear parts are mainly concentrated on the tip and the back of the tool, and the wear forms of the tool are mainly abrasive wear and bond wear. When turning fluorophlogopite ceramics with cemented carbide tools, the lower the cutting depth, the more serious the abrasive wear.
